The manufacturer’s statement that the food helps maintain the immunity of cats has no basis, because I haven't found a single ingredient that affects this. But one of the advantages of these foods cannot be ignored - their low price, which is why many owners buy Organix for their pets, and I will not discourage them from doing so. And those who are concerned about the health of their pet need to take a blood test every six months, which will also show whether the cat’s food is suitable or not. At first I took it out of curiosity, and the cat didn’t eat it well, but then I looked and the fur falls out by 70% less, otherwise it used to fly!! It’s shiny, but the eyes are interesting, they’re kind of gloomy, maybe the food isn’t very tasty, it smells like black bread, but it seems to me that it’s good—it’s not greasy, it’s more natural. The processing of the ingredients is minimal, so the nutritional properties are not significantly reduced. There is not a single artificial component in the composition. Both dry and wet food have equally good composition. In addition to fresh meat, the food is full of useful additives. L-carnitine helps maintain weight and slimness; the cat is not at risk of obesity. Taurine makes the coat shiny and thick, chondroitin promotes healthy joints, and lactobacilli have a positive effect on digestion. But despite all the advantages, the food has a few oddities. Firstly, there are no special options for elderly, sick, neutered cats and kittens. Secondly, for some reason salt was added to the food, although cat food is not salted. It is very difficult to transfer a cat to Organix; the process was long and painful. I had to add a little food to the regular food, gradually increasing the dose, the same thing happened with canned food. After a few months, the cat began to eat only high-quality food and flatly refuses to eat cheap, low-quality food. There are two cool things in the assortment that I buy for my pets all the time. This is the so-called toothpick, it comes in the form of small pieces of medium density and is served as a treat. Regular consumption solves many dental problems. I also take pads with stuffing to remove fur. The cat does not try to cough up the fur, it carefully comes out along with the excrement, and vomiting with pieces of fur no longer occurs. Organix had a great effect on the appearance of the animal, within a month the fur changed, the teeth became whiter, there is no unpleasant odor from the cat or from the mouth.

“Grandin” spiders already have a target orientation not only according to tastes, but also the age and characteristics of cats. The manufacturer claims that these foods contain 70% meat ingredients, represented by only one type of animal, that is, the composition of these products is monoprotein, which should help the animal avoid allergic reactions. In addition, the food does not contain grains. The consistency of the product is described by the manufacturer as “tender meat pate in jelly.” The food is declared as complete.

There are 6 types of food in the line, its gradation according to intended purpose almost completely repeats the line of dry food:

A 7.5 kg package costs about 2 thousand rubles. In general, I decided from 1Choice (and probably in vain) to switch to Organix. In total, we “sat” on this food for half a year, but I never bought a large bag (7.5 kg), since I was always tormented doubts whether it is worth continuing to feed the cat with this food or looking for something else. Chicken fat and salmon fat are sources of fatty acids, fiber (which one? From what?) - it is clear that fiber, yeast - in theory, have a positive effect on wool. The remaining ingredients are additives designed to enrich the feed with certain beneficial substances.

Advantages and disadvantages

The benefits of the food include:

relatively low price, no higher than many feeds with a much worse composition;
good content of vitamins and minerals;
In addition to dry food, there is canned food.

Let's list the disadvantages:

The reason for using vague names is most likely because the composition of the raw materials is unstable and changes from batch to batch. And the word “derivatives” can hide anything, including waste not intended for human consumption.

The same applies to other food components: fats, grains, vegetables and fruits. For example, the name “mix of vegetable and animal fat” gives absolutely no idea exactly how much of each of them is added (and predators need animal or fish oil). Unknown “grains” may cause your cat to be intolerant, and you won’t know which ones exactly, which will complicate further diet choices.
